THE JOURNEY
Ali's journey in the professional world began in 2003. He designed his high school's website while he was studying. He developed his skills as a multimedia designer focusing on web and visual identity, he excelled in his career as a designer until 2007 when he was promoted to a creative director.
On a mission to challenge his creative abilities, Ali decided to pursue a bachelor's degree in 2008 and graduated with a BFA in Interactive Animation from SAE Institute/Middlesex University Dubai in 2011.
Little did he know, his degree was trigger that kickstarted his entrepreneurial journey in 2012 with a vision fueled by the desire to create a thriving startup that could make a positive impact on his community.
Although his initial startup venture concluded in 2015, the challenges he faced during those formative years provided him with invaluable lessons. Undeterred, Ali pressed forward in his quest for success, launching his subsequent startup which ultimately achieved a prosperous buyout.
To deepen his understanding of both the technical aspects and the human experience, he pursued and attained an MSc. degree in Interaction Design for Immersive Technologies from Stockholm University in Sweden.
In 2023, Ali crafted his first journal "The Startup Sprint" where he shares his 11 years of entrepreneurial lessons and experiences as a guide to help emerging entrepreneurs pursue their passion and make their dreams a reality mindfully. The Startup Sprint is available in Amazon across the world.
